Your state has passed laws that requires adult (and other) websites to verify your age and/or identity before granting access to the website. These laws impose impractical and unjustified requirements on websites, along with criminal liability for non-compliance.

By passing these laws your state has effectively hindered the law-abiding content providers and empowered the non-U.S. based tubesites and providers who for decades have been ignoring copyright, stealing content, flooding the internet with adult content and making the internet more unsafe for your children.

Your state government has demonstrated a lack of respect to an adult’s right to privacy, has ignored more effective solutions at the device level rather than the website level, has diminished a parent’s ability to control what their children consume, has opened up adults and minors to identity fraud by insisting personal information and identification information be transmitted to a third party.

As any link or circumstance that brought you here was clear that this is a place to find adult-oriented material, we assume you are here to consume adult content. To comply with the laws of Ohio requiring us to verify your identity and age.
